At Ygwigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 15-day return and exchange window for products in their original, unaltered condition. To ensure a smooth process, please keep all lace uncut and hair unwashed until you are certain about your new look.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team via email within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the wig is in its original state with lace intact and tags attached, then securely pack it in its original Ygwigs packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
